Electrical diameter measuring head dmh100
The electric diameter measuring head of the Elaso scores with its slim appearance and the simple and flexible handling. The electronics are integrated directly in the measuring head, which is why no additional electronic devices are required. The measuring head is connected directly to the machine control with a cable and can thus be seamlessly integrated into the PLC and the HMI. You program the functionality in the PLC. You will receive corresponding suggestions from Elaso.
The lifting takes place electromechanically, which means that there is no need to connect pneumatic hoses.
There are three buttons for manual operation on the back of the measuring head. With defined key combinations, the dmh can be brought into the following positions:
- Setup position (to adjust the probe arms to the workpiece diameter, quick adjustment)
- Lift-off position (to open the feeler arms)
- Measuring position (to close the probe arms)
Thanks to the modular and flexible assembly system, the probe arms can be individually and precisely adapted to the application. There are hardly any limits to the diameter range of the workpiece.
The dmh is suitable for the in-process and post-process measurement of workpieces. In addition, it can be used individually or in combination with other diameter and/or longitudinal position measuring heads.
